Thank you to read the articles that follows because they constitute a contract establishing the terms and conditions of the PRATIQUE MAROC Company's services and benefits .
The "click" you run after you complete to fill out the booling form constitutes validation of the latter and irrevocable acceptance of these terms.
Consequently, you can order products or services unless you accept the conditions specified below.
The following general conditions of sale govern all transactions made on the site automaticcar.ma. Any order placed on this website assumes the customer's unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these conditions.
This company reserves the right to change the terms of the Agreement at any time.
The provisions will be those established at the date of confirmation of booking.
1. Booking Procedure
Customers can book online on this site autimaticcar.ma or by telephone .
Onlines reservations for a minimum of 24 hours before the date of pick up is required. All reservations will be confirmed by email and a voucher "Good rental" will send the customer to the conditions it correctly and completely filled the reservation form.
Reservations less than 24 hours before the scheduled transfer may be made by telephone for available vehicles.
Customer must print his voucher, or bring the booking confirmation email to present it to our agent driving the day of pick up. Otherwise, the delivery vehicle will not be possible and the booking will be canceled on the initiative of the client less than 24 hours before departure.
2. Modification, cancellation and reimbursement reservations
Any changes must be made by email to the address contact@pratiquemaroc.ma or the contact form on the site automaticcar.ma minimum 24 hours before vehicle delivery hour.
Less than 24 hours, the changes are only possible by telephone and cancellations are not refunded.
The repayment terms for cancellations are:
- More than 48 hours before the scheduled time of delivery: 80%
- From 48 to 24 hours before the scheduled time of delivery: 50%
- Less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery costs remain at the Customer.
A no-show at the time of delivery NOSHOW will be considered a cancellation within 24 hours.
3. RATES
The prices mentioned on the site automaticcar.ma are indicated in Moroccan dirham and euros, including all taxes and are valid at the time of consultation by the customer and are those in effect at time of order.
The order and transactions are in DH Moroccan.
Any rate change will be reflected in product prices.
4. Payment method
To adjust your order 3 methods of payment are available :
- Credit card, you choose the payment method from those offered (Visa, MasterCard,
Maestro, cmi, Maestro, Diners Club and Discover).
- Bank Transfer (payment will be credited our account Advent the date ofpick)
- Payment upon pick up car (Conditioned by Pratique Maroc accepting)
Electronic payments are secured by the CMI (Interbank Electronic Banking Center) that provides a fully secure payment service.
The Customer warrants that he has the required permissions to use the payment method chosen by him, while validating the order form.
5 . Pick up and drop off
Customers are required to respect the arrival and departure procedures detailed in the booking confirmation. If one of the procedures was not met by the Customer, for his own conduct, and had the effect of preventing the management under the conditions envisaged, the reservation will be canceled at the customer's initiative under 24 hours before departure.
6. Data Privacy
The information requested from you is necessary for processing your order and are treated confidentially.
You have a right of correction on data.
7- RESPONSABILITIES
7.1 - PRATIQUE MAROC responsability
• Vehicles used for hire are in compliance with technical standards imposed by the Moroccan law.
• Drivers are required to respect the Highway Code
7.2 - Customers responsability
• The customer must respect the scheduled times.
• The customer is not authorized to change the planned route.
• The customer agrees to take on board the vehicle, a behavior that is not contrary to the rules of common sense and respect for Moroccan laws and regulations
• Any damage or deterioration of the vehicle will be billed for the full amount of necessary repairs.
• The customer is responsible for personal belongings which he takes charge. He must ensure do not forget anything in the vehicle. Morocco practices are liable in the loss of personal items or luggage aboard its vehicles.
8. majOR Force
Pratique Maroc is required for the performance of its obligations to the extent that no force majeure event gets in the way.
Pratique Maroc accepts no liability for delays which would be consecutive to a case of force majeure or due to the Customer. These events can not give rise to any compensation.
9. COMPETENT JURISDICTION
Any dispute concerning the interpretation, conclusion and execution of these general conditions of sale and delivery of rental will be submitted to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of Casablanca. This clause applies even in the case of summary proceedings, demand incident, multiple defendants or guarantee call.
